That being said I feel a little bad in a sense, because he is super passionate about a puddle-level of depth franchise that really only needed 1 movie. And barely at that. I have literally no hype for Avatar 3 or any others. Avatar 2 was kind of hype because you didn't know where the story was gonna go... but then, really, nothing happened. Aside from Porridge becoming Avatar and Jake Soolee having kids nothing changed from the 1st one. The plot was even basically the same - they had to defend against le ebil humies again.
Point is, I appreciate his love and commitment to the franchise, but it's sort of like being that committed to continuing the Minions franchise. It's borderline slop.
