That is the live action. Herbert didn't draw canonical art for them. I think the All Tomorrows feel Lynch was going for is way too far in the future. Just make them human but off enough to make it uncanny

She's a unique looking girl, but Chris Cunningham directed that ad (the guy who did the video for aphex twin's come to daddy, and a few bjork videos).
He used subtle digital manipulation to make her eyes just a little wider apart.
