Naw this episode made it dead obvious it's Blessing. With him admitting to previously killing someone, along with his outburst at his daughter's fiance. I bet we're going to get the fiance completely ghosting her, presumably leaving to get his MBA as a single man, and Blessing will use this to convince his daughter to stay at home because he doesn't want to lose her. Of course, it was actually Blessing who killed him because he doesn't want to lose another loved one, but this returned taste for blood isn't enough for the NY Ripper, who turns out to be the big boss of the season.
Hell, maybe there's a tie in to Praetor's adopted parents being killed by the NY Ripper, and he's using these serial killer gathering as a way to find him and get revenge, which will give Dexter his out.
