Parents can take turns in kitchen, trained by chef. Making for everyone. Delivered in turns too. Kids can do that. Show off their manners. Or leave food at the door, or through an exchange box. A swish prison perhaps but pleasant. Waterpark and field for kicking balls, hitting them with bats. Functions.
Communal kitchen automated cleaned. Spartan. Stainless steel. Not to linger in. Just to fuck around trying to do what the main kitchen does yourself. Or make a snack. Video games for kids. Arcade once that's unfucked. Eg be bucked off a motorbike shell while riding in sunglasses VR, over jumps, losing cops taking walkways connecting roads. Good selection. Options for kids to ignore instead of pine over. Flying fox from a floor over the pool, into it. Automated so doesn't open until robotic secured clip is attached to line and harness.
A constant classroom, where teachers from all over the world can stream their lesson in. Flick through to something interesting. In bed. In VR. Parents can be with their kids out of the building on outings. No parents allowed in kids rooms. Phone detected. If parents near door then alarm warning other parents. Kids can go to parents, not the other way around. Phone check in once a day. 10 second video started and sent via an app button touched once. Show surrounds. Get dessert for it. No-show and last location searched for leads. Phone pings.

Could incorporate such developments into movies.

Make a movie about the planned result. Have pixel box code to scan with phone aside every scene. Take a photo if you like what you see. Get sent more info on it. What jobs are required to get it done. Background info on it, how it came to that form, different parts picked for strengths. A way they can enjoy it themselves after construction, or similar already existing. Ability to add info to improve it. Converse with other people who liked it.
A movie could have thousands of different codes, scenes, sets, characters in need of honourable, real people, real ethos, or aimed at, able with enough support not to be posing.

Get millions of workers working on projects. Get them done. Refine them. More movies about them and extending their universe. Filming on location for chance recording of impressive interactions. Socialisation, people enjoying themselves. Send them the footage and if they approve then maybe included in another movie. Write stories and have people discover them as they're played out. Defeating predictability, but not missing out on prepared presents. Earning them arranged. Getting what enables them to go further than the story.
