What the fuck was the point of Littlefinger's cryptic lines to Sansa and the coin scene hinting at some kind of plan or big reveal about the character (myself i always thought he was going to be revealed as a FM or a supernatural character similar to Bran, i mean, come the f on, Baelish was the smartest character in the series, even started the actual War of the ThronesTM itself), only to have him be killed like a clown?

Sansa and Baelish still haven't left the Vale. There's a lot going on there. There's easily 3 seasons worth of Vale plotlines they just cut.
A completely different girl was given to Ramsay by the Lannisters passing her off as a fake Arya to cement the Bolton claim on Winterfell. They could have easily given Sansa a couple scenes in KL with some random noble girl named Jeyne and then had her given to Ramsay like in the source material.
That's just small portion of source material they cut.

If you think about it logically, Sansa raped Ramsay.
Sansa consented to the wedding on thus the bedding on three (3) different occasions while Ramsay was forced into the wedding and thus the bedding by his father. So if you believe that a situation like that can involve rape in the first place, the only logical conclusion is that Sansa raped Ramsay.
