It alludes to the long-standing Israeli practice of using attractive Jewish women as propaganda. Of course in reality, Jewish Israelis are no more attractive than any other Jews, but it helps their cause to represent themselves as good looking. It's commonly thought that the IDF hires non-Jewish Russian models for said propaganda, but in fact these women are usually Jews of Slavic and Eastern European descent.
A recent example would be Millie Tanaman, who was boosted on TikTok by the Israeli government as the "cute phone sales girl" in the wake of the Hezbollah Pager Operation. Tanaman is a British-Israeli model (born to a Jewish Israeli father and a Jewish British mother) so in that sense she's as Jewish as Netanyahu or any other Ashkenazi Jew, but most Israeli women do not look like her.
