What were the writers trying to convey with this idyllic image? Bobby just returned from murdering some French Canadian dude in a laundromat.

My opinion has always been that Bobby had overcome one his deepest insecurities by making his bones. He felt like a man for the first time. Or maybe he was just traumatized by killing a man for the first time and seeing his little girl run up and hug him made it seem like everything was going to be alright. Great episode.
