no, because while games have rare masterpieces like Witcher 3, Baldurs Gate 3 and Expedition 33, gamers are idiots and companies like Ubisoft, EA games and Activision are generating billions.
Call of Duty has generated 35 billions so far

the 3rd act side quests are actually even better than the main story, visiting places like the floating graveyard where a nevron asks you to fight it to the death and tells you how it can't stop fighting and questions its existence oh man

maelle has such a tight sexy body, the story is so good one can almost forget how hot all the ladies are

I don't understand cinematic games with these boring ass gameplay and million-hours-of-effort cutscenes. Why not just watch a fucking movie at this point?

You want to know how story should be done in a video game? Skyrim did it over a decade ago and that game is still played to this day.

I watched the whole story because I thought the gameplay would bore me

in fact that game is excellent story-aside, you can parry or dodge every single attack (or dont if you want to make a build that works like that), it feels rewarding and real-time

Skyrim has a DOGSHIT story and I laugh at you for even suggesting this game that is incredibly memorable is somehow inferior to that bethesda slop that not even modders can make interesting writing-wise

I beat the game, should I go back and do the side content or is there no point?

All the act 3 content is fun if you want to get into build crafting and seeing how badly you can break the game by stacking damage multiplication buffs on people, I especially had a great time with the Endless Tower.
