Actually, Walter was making more money in this arrangement than under Gus, he just didn't realize it. He had to cook way more meth under Gus than he did as the boss. So per the amount of meth he was cooking, he was making more money here


Also. Legacy Cost makes zero sense at all and Mike had no plan on how to pay those guys if Walt didn't start cooking again. Mike was in the wrong here
