the big twist 75% into the show is going to be that she and the other "hybrids" are really some kind of synth/android, just with memories implanted from the teens they took and killed for it, they don't have brains, they mention wendy having a supercomputer for a brain. the revelation will come to the brother right when they basically finished saving everything and they break up causing him to make a decision on his own while the xenos break loose again but even worse this time. all the hybrids/cyborgs/androids are clearly immune and overpowered in this story so it will have something like this to intrude on it.
obviously she also wasn't really sick, the corporation just searched for specific kinds of memories (think about the pajeet and his doubt about his fathers cremation) and conspired. the young weyland who is watching everything unfold on his screen all this time, becomes obsessed with the xenomorph and sees it as the "smarter than him person he can finally have his mind blown by". then the real fight is between him and hermit, the expendable slave vs the corporation owner kid, even if they don't know it themselves.

I watched this show with my old man last night and when this bitch came on screen he said, "What? Is she the alien?" and started bussin' up. Great night. Love my dad.

She's the only one who can hear the xenomorph though, I think she might be the only real hybrid while the other kids didn't make it.
