I don't know if comedies that are actually funny work in this case. I'll just be a pedantic gay- you riffing with the boys on how shit the story is or trash talking a character that's badly written or something should overshadow whatever is going on in the film. Parodies and comedies don't take themselves seriously so you can't really make fun of your highness for example. So the film needs to be bad in a different sense
