I've seen Good Time and Uncut Gems and I gotta say a hot square "not my thing"

Both films look good and ad I understand the trailers are actually trying to make them seem more "conventional" than they are. I heard The Smashing Machine is basically like a parody of a biopic.

Marty Supreme looks like it could have been directed by anyone. Your typical high budget Hollywood biopic.
Everything from The Smashing Machine looks like a 1:1 recreation of the documentary to the point I'm intrigued. There has to be a twist, right? Otherwise what's the point.
Probably both will be alright, but nothing to special.
