Scarface is the most misrembered film there is. When people talk about it, they cite the chainsaw scene, the push-it-to-the-limit montage or the ending as if they consistently make up the bulk of the movie when in reality those high-intensity scenes are far and few between. Most of the film is actually made up of passionless lengthy scenes like Tony in the car showroom.
I don't know of another film that has this affect on audiences.
