Nah, and I'm a liberal. He was too hamstrung by congress to get anything meaningful done (Obamacare is actually good though) but he was an near perfect representation or avatar of American values for the majority of the country that lives in our Urban and Suburban areas, and that's what people actually love about him. He made America look good internationally.
