>>213706329 (OP)Much as I feel about Braveheart (though Patrick McGoohan makes for a superior villain). The English/British are portrayed as so ridiculously, cartoonishly evil (and Gibson and co as so virtuous) that you can't help but enjoy it. The ending - where he frees his slaves but they still want to effectively be his slaves - is hilarious.
>>213707950I care about it, and it was a kino period, but it's not as straightforward as "We lost to you, and now you guys run the world". Firstly, without French assistance - and us having to combat the French in Europe and elsewhere - you wouldn't have won. Secondly, Britain was still top dog for a good century afterwards, and only reached the zenith of its power towards the end of the Victoria era (as GM Fraser had Flashman point out, the Indian Mutiny was a far bigger deal for Britons). And thirdly, unfortunately, *you* don't run the planet. The jews who are puppeteering you do. Doubt things would have been any better now if you hadn't won, though. For one thing, you lot have a proper constitution and vastly greater freedom of speech than we do (though they'll keep working to erode that), and that matters to whites everywhere.
