Pied Piper movie. Pied Piper is interrogated by the parents Prisoners style. it's a cat and mouse game of trying to get this creepy fucker to disclose where the kids are. the kids never come back. But that'd take guts, soul, talent. none of which Zach has.

I think it'd be cooler if the first half of the movie is town freaking out and people going on a witch hunt of false accusations. Then the big halfway turning point are the parents having a heated discussion at a town hall / school assembly, right as it's about to get violent the Piped Piper struts in and marches on stage to a microphone, announces his / her presence and offers the town some kind of ultimatum if they want their children back. Maybe Garner screwed the Piper over something very petty and now the Piper wants retribution wants Garner or something. It could be a "it's Garner's head offered to me on a platter or your children".
