Visuals are great.
But:
1) WY orbital research station hangs above the planet owned by WY and none noticed it except of protagonists, who are supposed to be average wageslaves
2) Ash with no motivations or reasons tells protagonists everything about Xenomorphs instead of manipulating them into delievering Xenos and eggs on the planet's surface
3) WY studies Xenomorphs so intense they still didn't learned how to counter their acid
4) It takes few hours to form a chestbuster

I thought it was great until they left the planet and found the ship. Then it became a really lame video game. "Uh oh this is the face hugger room! We need to crouch to avoid being detected!" Then no face huggers are seen again. "Uh oh we're cornered by five hundred aliens and we only have this one guy with five hundred bullets! Activate bullet time and kill them all!" The monster at the end was neat and creepy, but the heavy fear of doing anything unique or original made this entirely forgettable. It's like that new Jurassic World.
