You have to cover his adolescence in detail because it sets everything up. You can't just start with him trying to form a band. It also can't be like the Queen biopic, with all the basic band biopic tropes. It has to be somewhat surreal and like a horror movie at times. You're doing a biopic of a pre ango-saxxon caveman, not a homo sapien. They'll never paint the record companies in a bad light, showing how they took this beast and wrangled him to print records. His wife being a cloying kike. They'll never show the reality and depravity of his career.

The Motley Crue biophic was a fucking rip-off and shows you can't do it justice until all the families die from old age and the record companies are prevented from lawsuits. You certainly can't let the band members or families be involved.

Also the round glasses look started in the 90s shortly after No More Tears. The biopic could end at the reunion tour in 1999. Maybe stretch it to the release of 13, but that could leave a sour taste on people’s mouths as it would expose how badly they treated Bill Ward.

I think a good biopic can’t me made until like Sharon fucks off too. The ideal film should pick up stuff not just from Ozzy’s account of things but also from Tony’s and Bill’s books.

what are you really covering? There usually isn't any story behind the music. The James Brown movie was a total snooze, missing his true impact on music. Queen was boring outside of the drama caused Mercury being a faggot. Same thing with Elton John movie, the entire plot was "I SUCK DICK" not much to bridge between albums.

A good drama Rock Band on film would be Metallica, how they made it and how the Megadeth/Metallica divergence of thrash shaped the 80s

Unless you have a real personal drama,like Hank Williams Jr, all you have is a gossip tale in between albums . You could do an AC/DC movie / series of how it took forever for them to be successful, then the leader dies and they have to get a new singer and put out an even BETTER album
