I'm out of the loop for live action Batman, but what I know from cartoon Batman:
-He's smart enough to know that Lex Luthor, the man spending all his time and money trying to defame and kill Superman, revealing a tape of Superman's parents telling him to conquer and fuck the planet into submission is a little too convenient to be true. His first instinct would be to probably assume it's either doctored or missing context.
-Batman knows Superman strongly identifies more with his human ethnic background and the casual protestant values he was raised since infancy by a white family from the American rural mid-west.

Humans and Kryptonians can breed viable hybrids.
Kryptonians, culturally, were basically well educated Saiyans. They were always a brilliant technologically advanced society, but they got really into eugenics and eventually found out the various effects different spectrums of solar radiation had on their biology they decided to start conquering entire planets. Somebody can correct me, but I remember their planet wasn't actually destroyed by a natural disaster, but that they were deliberately genocide by ?Braniacs species? in retribution for processing their entire species into living computers.
