Shit tier writing. And this is worse than GoT Samwell where they didn't bother trying to explain how he remained so obese. Here, they tried to explain it away but failed (at least to anyone with a >80 IQ). Even when they turned the whole show into "it was magic all along" to explain away all the random mystery box shit from earlier, it still didn't explain why he remained obese without the food stash.
