>>213788699 (OP)Base form of communation was attempted in Resurrection. They made the xenomorph learn not to chimp out, or it would get punished by a freezing machine, and by the time the specimen escaped, it figured out the connection, that if a button is pushed, the freeze machine turns on, and the xenomorph froze solid it's former captor. With a better cage, and better incentives, not impossible to train it to do some tricks, but I can't imagine any chore that the xenomorph would be more capable for, than purpose built machines, and synths, also the risk would never worth keeping them alive. The most if have to offer is being some research subject for pharma, and chemicals, or being a glorified zoo exhibit, but those with the constant risk of containment breach, and mass casualties. If you add up what humanity have lost within the franchise already, two massive space stations, three massive ships, and an entire semi-terraformed planet, plus whatever casualites this tv-show will add, and not much to show for it. I suppose they could farm the xenomorphs for their special acid, for whichever industry may need that, and use the facehuggers as a brutal execution method for the most depraved criminals, aside of playing god with genetic engineering.
