Yes it's a decent show, at least it's in the better half of the Netflix MCU ones.
For me it's notable for how *two* of Luke Cage's main villains had their actors cast as other completely different characters in other MCU projects. Marvel's movie side and the TV side back then really didn't give a shit about staying consistent with each other
