The Joker was handcuffed and he didn't have a weapon, why did they put him with a psychopath who knows how to fight? couldn't they just leave the door closed?

He got stuck inside and was too embarrassed to knock, so stood menacingly by the door

a camera and even observers outside behind the glass cant see him as detailed as someone eyes on. in standard police procedure it would be an act of intimidation, as well as surveillance. but in this case it just worked out against them because the joker psyoped him and got him emotionally invested.

That's just bullshit he didn't have his handcuffs on him and the guard wasn't even armed or scary, at what point do you let that happen
