It's actual insane.
They took first 20-minute short film
They then took 2nd short film, whose run time was 45 minutes
They then took the Zero Two tv-movie (75 minutes) and cut it down 20 minutes

They literally just wanted Digimon Adventure movie but the 65-minute film wasn't long enought so they had to take scraps from Zero Two
