I'm sure they bickered plenty after that, but I suspect the producers had their spats edited out so as not to upset their younger audience. It's too bad. Working on a project with someone, especially a science project, often involves differences and disagreements. Their behind the scenes bitching is a huge part of the Mythbusters process that we never really get to see.

When you're cabined with someone for years, even decades, you grow to hate each other. Little things start to annoy you, and they fester unreasoningly, and then you're in a shouting match where you say unpardonable things. It's like any marriage.
