this sketch ruined my life
>>213817318Please, Aaron, it has been years. You can come outside now.
Bee-an-ey? Where's Bee-an-ey at?
>he says the names funny and he's always mad
Why does it work so well?
>>213817292 (OP)I like their skits but almost all of them have terrible boring endings
The time has come to admit that the average Key and Peele sketch was funnier than the average Chappelle's Show sketch
>>213817352These are the best sketches because it's just them saying stupid words and nothing else.
>>213817592Yes, but still not funny.
>>213817352I wanted to hate this sketch so bad but found myself laughing like an idiot.
For me? It's Hingle McCringleberry
For me it's the continental breakfast
>>213817592No way. Zoomers are just too young to get what Chapelle Show was referencing
>I'LL HAVE WHAT I'M HAVING
These guys are toothless and subtly annoying. A sketch comedy show nibbling at the already decayed enthusiasm for the genre. This was also when racial resentment was going mainstream and there was a more angry undertone, but not deep anger, more like performative feminine anger characteristic of their cultural moment. Chapelle was charismatic and groundbreaking. He was playful even though the subject matter in his day had more genuine gravity, and he had more anger deep down. Just better in every way. Seminal for its time. I really dislike when people compare these two shows.
>>213817318Zoomers and alpha don't watch millenial skit shows
You'll be fine
>>213818224Chappelle is just as resentful as they are, he's just more authentic cause he doesn't have a white mother that raised him alone. He didn't beg for the validation and didn't have the self loathing like these two.
>>213818056was this whole thing just some bitter, ironic bit about how complimentary hotel breakfast's are usually garbage
For me it's the sexy vampires sketch
>>213818224Nah this shit is funny as fuck. They get into more subtle criticism of they people like with the "I'm a grown ass man" sketch it's just not so vulgarly in your face about it
>>213817505someone hasn't seen Continental Breakfast
>>213817352for me its Torque [construction noise] Lewith
>>213818679Yes but it was also tied into a nice surrealist The Shining bow. Peele has serious cinematic chops unfortunate he can't produce anything past "yt peepo be weird yo" since he broke through to Hollywood
>>213817352I'm more of Swirvithan L Goodin Splat envoyer
>>213817292 (OP)I remember working at a movie theater wearing a nametag and having a bunch of customers make that stupid joke to me while looking me in the eye. Either that or they comment about how sad i look.
Still to this day I have never seen the reference and donโt intend to.
We gonโ drax them sklounst.
>>213819294you called her a bitch though?
>>213817318Insubordinate and churlish
