Find new things. You’re not supposed to enjoy playing with toys and watching cartoons forever.

I dunno. Carpentry. Painting. Read a book. Cook something. Hike through the woods. You’ll stumble onto something that garners your interest. Anything’s better than sitting on ass wishing the good ol’ days would come back.

it's life after 25 if you're still passive, if you realize how free you actually are then 25-30 has a lot to offer a person in life
if you're really clueless on what to do, just devote an hour a day to fitness. Fitness has objective results on if you're doing something correctly or being retarded. It gives you the foundation to have discipline to succeed at anything else in life
After that, start exploring, be open to new experiences, and find a woman and start a family

I’m just using that as an example because most people watch cartoons when they’re kids. The point is you can’t expect yourself as an adult to find joy in the same things you did when you were 9. It’s not really the “thing” you miss anyway it’s the feelings of wonder and whimsy it brought you. Well, it’s no longer going to do that because it’s a show/game/toy/movie/hobby that is no longer suited to you. So find something else.
