I was starting to wonder when female actors were going to realize that what the industry is doing to female characters is not good for them. The whole boss girl act is absolutely reductive and shallow. You can´t just present a character, call it strong or powerful and expect everyone to just roll with that, that´s not how it works.

It is not the strong character the one that comes on top, it´s the character that comes on top that is regarded as strong. The one that manages to overcome every trial, no matter how daunting and painful. The harder the challenge, the more badass the character is for overcoming it.
