That was my thought, too. And that's what I've doing for the past 3 years -- avoiding argenine-rich foods, getting plenty of sleep, eating my vegetables and taking immune-boosting vitamins. I lift 4x/week and I'm currently training for a half marathon. Really don't know else what I could do to be healthier.
