I see in 1933 Griffith personally re-edited the film for a version with synchronized sound which is also significantly shorter. Is that version well liked or not so much? Is there any version with the original score by Joseph Carl Breil? I am also interested in hearing his original score for the film for both it's historical significance and just because I am generally a fan of late-romantic music and curious how it would be adapted to a early long-form film.
