It never gets “bad” but the quality is drastic from the other older seasons. It’s hard to make every single season top tier in just thankful there’s only like 3 unwatchable episodes, Macs dance routine, and the two episodes in Ireland where they make emotional scenes with Charlie and it just flat out does no work in this show it was a big mistake and the cast already acknowledged it.

The show officially died when Mac did his gay faggot dance and frank didn't make fun of him. Instead he "understood" it. Total antithesis of everything the show was up to that point. They aren't nice people. They aren't good/loyal friends to each other. That's why the show was so funny. I'm tired of explaining something everyone should know by now.

two good eps - bachelor and cake. The rest is unwatchable and i mean that literally. Couldn't finish a single one of those

Whatever the season after the Mac gay musical ending was when I tuned off. Not even because of that but because the energy was just off and it was weirdly awkward like they were too self aware or something. Something dynamically changed behind the scenes
