For starters Arya and Sansa don't lose Nymeria and Lady.

Ned would still try to reveal the truth but he would be sent to the wall instead of getting killed Robb would intercept and free him maybe or just tell him to call it off and let him take the black to keep Arya and Sansa safe.

Stannis and Renly still go to war tho, since they knew the truth at this point, the thing is Winterfell might be safe in this timeline and the time travel manipulation of the Three Eyed Crow/Raven with the end of Bran going North might not come to fruition, incredibly complex

So Nymeria being out in the wild and reproducing to have an army of half direwolves might come in handy in the future, remember Catelyn got resurrected because of Arya being able to warg into Nymeria pulling her body out of a river before Beric saw her and resurrected her.

It's all to convenient when you think about it, there is some outside agent affecting the events of the series who can see many timelines/futures using the demonic Weirwood threes to see events through their eyes and affect them somehow. Remember a lot of characters make decisions near these trees, including Ned, something weird is going on.

I don’t think for a second that he would comply, but does he call the banners and go on the offensive, or does he just send a raven back telling Joffrey to get fucked, and that any Lannister who enters the North will be put to the sword?
