The Russos are horrible frauds. Those guidelines probably come from Disney to prevent leaks.

This movie is going to fucking suck. It's going to be Blacktain Ebonica all over again. CGI bullshit greenscreen where nobody interacts. Patch anything together. Test audience. Reshoot. Edit. Repeat. Until you have a final product that makes no fucking scene.
