Heaven Burns Red (a rather well earning gacha) is also from a brand that had adult VNs in the past.
Plenty of well known voice actors started in the adult industry. Some artists as well. (i.e. Haruhi's)
Welcome to Japan. I think times are starting to catch up with them though. The whole adult game -> non adult anime thing has pretty much died nowadays, while anyone with a bit success immediately tries to leave it, and often dies trying.
