And I've done an overwhelming majority of Nikkes story and optional content

The only ones I saw were unequivocally yuri was Yuni and Mihara, Modernia and Repunzel (during 2nd affection) and it's a stretch Alice causally flirting with Soda during the bunny event

There's also Miss Elegg and Miss Trony who could go somewhere but hasn't yet and Tia and Naga feel like super good friends with Naga being a mother figure. I heard that some people were complaining that Belorta and Mica's story in Never land was too yuri but that was just two close friends and their shared trauma

Otherwise the game hasn't done much with the yuri. Unless they plan to make Sakura the end goal since she put her claim on the commander and he reciprocated and is just waiting to the next story beat (probably after the Sisko storyline wraps up) to say she can take him into her life without ruining her gang


But that still doesn't leave that much room for the rest of the girls to pair up. Anis and Blanc and Noir would definitely not take this lying down either.

But if I missed any other yuri beats I'd love to hear it.

For me it's a game that has a good narrative and well written characters for the most part (I'm a lefty so I don't even see the main draw when I'm playing lol) and does lend it self to some good yuri moments but you are exceptionally delusional if you go in here for just the yuri. Now Cinderella has all of Grave to herself. It is a waste that they even go down on that road. Grave sacrificed a lots and she asked nothing from Cindy's return but to be her Goddess, while Cindy looks over Grave and cares about her as much as Grave wants Cindy to care about herself. In terms of canon, there are no yuri couples as such (also because the game is not about that and has a canonically male protagonist), the closest thing in the canon are Yuni and Mihara, but they are mostly bisexual and hook up with each other to satisfy their respective fetishes. It has more to do with the fetish of “two girls using each other to satisfy their sexual desires” than feeling anything romantic towards each other, especially if you read their bonds as stories. It's more like a strange sisterhood than anything else.

I could completely discard Modernia because she has a TOO close relationship with the MC and is clearly in love with him. Considering the other bonds within the game, I would also say that the girls in the game are discarded because their relationships are more like “mother and daughter” (Cindy and Graves, Mermaid with the other one whose name I can't remember), “sisters,” “comrades,” etc.

It can even be discarded with other commanders because they only see them as disposable objects, not as humans, since the MC of the game is a “weirdo” in the eyes of the Ark for seeing them as people, which is another thing.

That said, I don't rule out the potential for yuri or at least a ship for H, but as far as canon goes, the devs discarded all that a long time ago.

Graves and Cindy's relationship is more like that of a mother and daughter, which they make clear through their interactions. Similarly, Siren and Mori have the same kind of relationship.

As ships outside of the lore, it's nice, but on a narrative level, they don't really work,

Besides, Yuri isn't that popular in that context, and for other reasons, I don't think it would be well received in a game that doesn't have that focus. If there were a canonical Yuri couple, they would just end up like Mihara and Yuni, having threesomes with the commander, being bisexual.
