If you don't order the 2nd stage play before the window closes it will be out of stock and you will most likely need to order from a reseller again unless they do a reprint. Preorder windows are usually a good sign that something is going to be a pain in the ass to get after the fact. I don't know much about the usotsuki satsuki manga but I don't see it being listed on any other retailers so if this is the only place that is going to sell it you should just go for it now because it is much more likely to go out of stock forever than to linger in stock forever. I've seen japan print on demand for doujin but the price is usually twice as high because there is no order volume margin to benefit from. Usually places will place a single print run and it sells out forever after that is depleted unless they think it did well enough to sell out a 2nd print run. There's no way to guarantee that outcome so always order things early if you don't want to risk missing it.

Yes all forwarders and proxy services would be able to do this without any issue. You will pay upfront and they will receive it whenever it ships to them. Then they notify you that it arrived, at which point their warehouse timer kicks in and you'd have X amount of days to combine it with other orders or just have it sent by itself.

Any hope it will be reprinted? Did it ever happened for other stage plays? YagaKimi is still on stock after all these years. Or at least I hope they are because it's been two weeks since I ordered them and I haven't received them yet.

The yen is starting to rise quickly. Everything is 10% more expensive than it was just a month ago. The yuri purchase power in the last two year was truly wonderful though and it allowed me to buy rare and unique yuri goods that I normally couldn't afford. I felt like Amano had originally turned down the yuri a bit when the series moved to Denshi Birz and included some whenever she got the chance. The package is 8,1 kg.

Blackship did not add the shipping cost to the custom invoice. It also lets you edit the price and quantity how you want so I could save a lot of money.
I needed a proxy because I didn't want to deal with all the different stores and sellers I had to buy from.
I see now Buyee's fee seems to be a lot cheaper of ZenMarket if it really only takes 300 yen for a single order made of different items. But in the end it's the double shipment that make it unsustainable to buy stuff in this way.

Blurays are stupidly expensive in japan costing 10x as much as they do anywhere else so your ability to buy will be very limited. Most bluray series cost around 25,000 to 50,000 yen to complete (2-3 episodes per BD is common) meanwhile you could buy around 50 books for the same price. Importing figures is also expensive because the boxes are huge, plus there are not many figures to choose from to begin with. Good smile has been releasing more yuri character figures lately for good prices but most of those are usually available without importing since GSC sells direct to many regions by default. In the end its better to look into what is available and buying what you actually want to own the most rather than trying to min/max your yuri charitable donations.

What are some series you want to support? Chances are if it had a BD you could probably find nicer merch at a better price would be more fun to have and there are plenty of examples I could give. Also most mangaka these days have a fanbox or something similar where they post drafts, and they get almost all of that money.

Buying yuri made by smaller creators like on dlsite also goes a longer way to support yuri as a market/community.

subscriptions might not help the metrics but 90% of the money goes to the creators on Fanbox and Kakuyomu.

I received my package from ZenMarket, everything was wrapped in bubble wrap (an insane amount of bubble wrap) but some stuff had some damage anyway, either received during the local shipment or due to bad handling on their side.
In the end I can't recommend it, way too expensive and slow. If you contact them for something they can take even more than 24 hours to reply. When I enquired them about some stuff not received after over two weeks they bought it (there is no tracking for local shipment, they only say "bought" and "at warehouse") they replied with "we received it yesterday but we need 2-3 work days to register it". There have been also three cases when they marked an item as "bought" but then they told me it was out of stock a couple of days later.
The consolidation of the packages was also slow, taking three days, but at least it's free.
They don't give you the price of the different international shipping methods, they only make you choose one and say you can change it later but you can't compare the costs to see what's better and that's bullshit.
The FAQ on the site talked about a 3% deposit fee you have to pay when you add funds on your balance but I wasn't charged anything, I don't know if it's because of my bank or what.
I don't regret using it because I absolutely needed this stuff (R18 I couldn't buy myself from Amazon, stuff that isn't on Amazon from Melonbooks, Toranoana, Booth, Galette, etc..., a couple of series that were cheaper on Rakuten/Mercari than Amazon, butai stuff that's only on the unknown site that produced them) and it's nice to register on only one site to avoid registering on all those sites and have someone deal with those sellers but the next time I'll need something I'll try Buyee. Seems like a lot of series get one around the 2nd volume, but others never get one, wonder why that is

Acrylic merch, and merch in general, is vastly more common these days than it was even a year or two ago. It is getting to the point where I have way too many and had to buy containers to store them. Almost half the new release volumes every month are coming with a standee, panel or keychain. Plus events and pop up shops are selling more rehashed art on acrylic on top of that. Hina logi has a lion figure you should get if you haven't already. I have one and it is cute and only cost me around 1500 yen. The majority of other series you listed are old/complete so they will never get anything unless they have an anniversary event which seems unlikely for most of the ones you listed. Murcielago and otherside are ongoing but have been outliers for merch in general for whatever reason. My guess as to why merch bonuses are more common is there was some law changed a couple years ago where artists weren't being paid extra for promotional art that was used for retailer exclusives, which likely disincentivized their work on them. Yuri series have had a lot of success with pop up shops and that will start to get noticed by publishers over time, so I expect a few years from now we will have even more merch. Also if you have basic photoshop skills you can trim some official art into a standee shape of your choice and send it to a shop that custom prints acrylic stands.

I remember getting a link from this thread years ago that showed a list of versions/bonuses for each new volume release but it ended up being completely useless because it missed things constantly. The easiest way I've seen to find bonuses for a new volume is to check the author's/publisher's twitter to see if they post samples or make a jpg showcasing all the bonuses. Most authors/publishers have adopted this method now but some authors still haven't caught on for whatever reason. Sometimes publisher websites will list the bonuses although I never put too much time into figuring out which ones because it isn't as time efficient as just going to the retailer website to see what they are showing. Unfortunately even checking the bookstore itself isn't guaranteed since they sometimes don't list the bonus until after release, and 9 times out of 10 if you don't preorder you will miss out. The retailer exclusive system is just awful in every way. I waste so many hours each month planning my orders because of it.

Why the hell is Oosawa Yayoi's het series listed among yuri releases?
I saw Sakasana's collection of short stories, I think there was one I liked but honestly someone who goes on YH just to write about a loli being raped by a man deserves nothing. A very het month for YH, they can all rot in the trash, except for Osoto gohan that I will get just to complete it but it was another very unsatisfying series.

Btw, all the three sites in the OP are missing stuff, you have to use all of them to get everything (hoping there isn't anything all of them are missing), yurinavi in particular seems to be getting sloppier, they haven't even added anything for December yet.

This is the lightest month in the year for releases but december is going to make up for it with ease. I quickly skimmed the free chapters of Oosawa Yayoi's new series a couple weeks ago when I noticed it was listed as a yuri series. The story looked like it was about the MC's relationship issues with a male partner because of her ex gf or some girl she crushed on coming back into her life, something like that. I could barely skim it because the male MC has this gross thin mustache. Either way it didn't seem worth getting even though it went from het to yuri at whiplash speeds towards the end. Too bad since I usually like her work. Wish she just wrote an adult life drama that started with yuri instead, but maybe next time. And yurinavi has been useless for years, only benefit they have over the competition is a better page layout.

Yuriten 2025 preorders are open. Most of it is retooled art assets from book covers or past merch. There are a couple unique ones, lots of acrylic standees, and a lot of great pieces of art in general so I ended up buying half the store. If you buy frames the clearfiles can effectively be a inexpensive way to get a decent quality print to put on the wall, just put a white piece of paper in the middle so the other side's image doesn't show through.

Anyone else trying to fill the void in merch for some series by 3d printing yuri? I just got an fdm printer and am learning how to print effectively before attempting some of the more ambitious models. Pic related is a free model I found for signalis nendoroids which I will try to make in a few months after I learn how to fine tune surfaces so the faces don't come out wonky. Wondering if there are other significant 3d print models out there that are worth trying as well, although a lot of the better models I've seen can be ridiculously priced.

Based on the author's other works all being sold out, you are probably out of luck unless you get lucky restock timings. Just the way things are unfortunately. Generally you want to send in requests shortly before or during Japan's business hours, otherwise there may not be anyone processing orders. Even then you are at the whim of when the process the order. If they restock at 5PM and sell out before 9AM the next day then a proxy buyer isn't going to be the best option. As with all things yuri, preordering is usually the only way to have any chance at getting something.

Was going to re-read Girl Friends raw out of nostalgic feelings, turns out the raws for it are really bad. English release is 3k vertical, Japanese release on some of the stores is 1024p. I really doubt it does, because anyone who buys two figures for this reason would also buy a pair figure that just twice as expensive (and probably more). Furthermore, someone who cares about having both of them would be more likely to buy them if they can be properly combined in some way or are made to fit together.

So the one designing the figures was some rando with no idea what they are and they were just made as part of whatever deal the production committee for the anime made.

I just tested and the VAT removal isn't that big, a 1210 tank only drops to 1173. I typically consolidate a lot of boxes so I just tested with 70 items and amazon's cheapest shipping option is ¥34,543 which is slow in my experience, and their priority option is ¥37,538 which is usually delivered quickly. Saving from VAT removal is not very significant, about 3000. I compared this to 70+ items I had imported which cost 33,676 including all shipping and fees.
