It's definitely not. /c/ used to have drawthreads so dead they stopped making them. /cgl/'s current drawthread is over a year old and has had 3 deliveries in the past 5 months. At a glance /cm/'s drawthread doesn't seem to be any faster than this one. I think it's just that our ratio is off because most of the other relevant boards with drawthreads are just image dump boards. Their drawthreads are bigger for their board size because there's not a whole lot going on in most of the other threads. Most of our board traffic is discussion, so the drawthread is a relatively minor thread.
