Not that anon, but personally I wouldn't count nameless squealing fangirl crowds as actual characters. But if I were to make an actual argument for actuall lesbian/bi girls:

She thought Kalifa was sexy, i think a lot of the other evidence people bring up, like her interaction with Tashigi in Punk Hazard or saying that human Cindry was pretty, are huge stretches (in the Tashigi one she's clearly remembering Bellemere, and the Cindry one it's just a throwaway compliment to a dead woman she knows basically nothing about). But thinking a woman she's fighting is sexy, then having to recompose herself because she's "sounding like a dirty old man" or whatever the line was is, I think, pretty unambiguously gay.

It's also important to point out two things about Hancock's DF. It doesn't necessarily have to be lust the sentiment that allows the petrification (just a strong emotional reaction), and the fruit doesn't actually cause said strong emotional reaction into other people. So that's a potential blow to all the nameless girls that got petrified by her, but one more point for Catarina (and potentially Marguerite, as I vaguely remember her blushing because of Hancock at some point, but I can't be sure or be bothered to look for it).
Lastly there's Reiju, because of the 1108 cover. On one hand it's an official but non-canon extra illustration, where it's not unusual to have girls acting way gayer than they ever would in the actual work (as a BlazBlue fan this deeply hurts me), but on the other hand i don't remember any other example of this in OP, so you could argue Oda would never unpromptedly draw a character acting OOC in that way.
