Amazon has the UHD limited edition steelbook (Jinx cover) for $23.49 which is about half of what I got it for when it came out, and the BD steelbook (Vi cover) is $29.99 which isn't as significant but still a good discount. There is also the Ambessa: Chosen of the Wolf hardcover on sale for $11. The Art and Making of Arcane (a gigantic artbook) is finally in stock at target now and is on sale for $39.45, and you can buy 3 and cancel 2 to get it for only $26. Not much arcane merch exists and getting this on such a steep sale is a nice surprise.

It has been 8 months since the last rewatch. I managed to carry it with me for a few months but life hammered down the memories deep enough that I stopped thinking about it as often. I was on youtube and autoplay queued up Remember Me unexpectedly and I immediately teared up. How do you keep the feeling alive? The difference is anime will often be finished and the censors get added on top to cover things up for the network restriction with the expectation that it will be removed for the BD. Unfinished previs scenes for Arcane aren't getting thousands of dollars spent on finishing the cgi unless for an extra, so best case is they put the scene in the extras and it is just an unfinished sketch without final render, VA, music, etc like the leaks we already got.

Finally got this in the mail. $40 is a lot but it is actually bigger than I thought so compared to most of the things I waste money on I think it isn't as overpriced as I initially thought. It's a goofy looking style objectively but looking at it still carries the warmth I was looking for, so I'm happy with it.

Arcane's anniversary is coming up next month and apparently riot actually made merch. Highlight for me is infinity studio for a caitvi figure.

Riot is so incapable of satisfying my need for Arcane merch that I finally caved and placed an order for the cait and vi funko pops.

Only a week away from the anniversary of season two. I rewatched it multiple times between then and last December but have survived without since then and it honestly feels like I've been holding my breath all year. Thinking it is about time to take a few days to breathe it in.

Good smile is making a Caitlyn figure. Hopefully they are planning to make a Vi one to match.
