It's extremely difficult to write good dialogue for mommy fetish... You're stuck between trying to appeal to the part of your brain that enjoys a mother's cooing and the other part that hates stupid dialogue. But it's hard to have characters not sound kind of dumb if it's a mother coddling her adult daughter as if she's a baby. So usually I'll just make the dialogue intentionally stupid to avoid having to put thought in, or I'll use it sparingly (for porn, that is).
