I think the year WfM came out was their best in gunpla sales, but the BDs didn't sell particularly well. Then again, they put the whole thing up for free on streaming so it probably wasn't the goal.

Seed sold discs and merch really well, but I think the gunpla sales weren't that great, since it gained a different kind of audience.

0079 had the best viewership on reruns, something like 20% viewership. It got huge after its initial failure.

That they only have a city hall marriage, and they are still waiting to have their public wedding with 'the very best dresses' because Suletta still needs crutches to walk and she doesn't want to go down the isle like that. Suletta feels pressure in the matter because Prospera's health isn't getting better and Delling might be going to prison for life once the various trials end and she wants them both to be there.

It's not outright stated anywhere, but the assumption follows quite naturally.
We learn at the start of the show that Prospera was made president of Shin Sei 3 years before the show starts. At the end of season 1, we get the reveal that Delling and Prospera are working together. At the start of season 2, Prospera tells Miorine that the idea with sending Aerial to Asticassia was to develop her Permet network to the necessary level required for Quiet Zero. Midway through season 2, Feng Jun discovers Shin Sei was actually a front for Quiet Zero's development. From this information, we can conclude that Prospera and Delling's collusion began at least ~3 years prior to the show, with the plan being to send Aerial to Asticassia. Now this bit isn't stated or even implied anywhere, but as Miorine would not have been a student when this plan was set into motion, I'd say it's reasonable to assume that, while there was likely already a dueling culture, Delling only created the Bride Prize once she was enrolled, /after/ he began working with Prospera. Thus he knew the entire time that Suletta (or rather, Aerial's pilot) would win her hand, since the entire point was to use the duels to create the ultimate weapon.

The game was developed only being able to use S1 as a reference. It's enjoyable enough if you like seeing Suletta interact with some other mecha series but it's not the big story crossover people were wanting since S2 is where all the grand story stuff happens. What's nice though is that they've got most of S1 developed in this game so they'll be able to reuse those assets and then focus on developing assets for S2 later instead of having to develop both at the same time. I'm hoping it's for when Evangelion returns so we can get some Prospera and Gendo shenanigans.
