What touch pad or touch screen would be best for someone wanting to start drawing? I took a photoshop class last semester, and I want to start drawing with somehting other then mouse and keboard. If you have an ipad you can just get procreate and an apple pencil and you're ready to go.

If you need something cheaper a small wacom may be enough. There is some adjustment period of watching the screen while you draw but after a bit of practice it becomes second nature.

I wouldn't recommend a big expense until you feel more comfortable drawing, specially since you are just starting.

Personally I use SAI and CSP
SAI is nice for its simplicity. Easy to pick-up and you probably won't get lost in the UI. The binary brush is unmatched imo
CSP is more robust, for better or worse. The brush engine is more advanced. There's more tools/functions at your disposal. Because there's so much going on it can take awhile to get acquainted with it all, but if you're already familiar with photoshop it probably wouldn't be too confusing
