If it's anything like nopenguin, the "when" will immediately trigger once mystical space typhoon is activated, blocking Baronne's chance to negate mystical space typhoon (it can still block MST after but MST would get priority in the chain). Or at least that's how nopenguin works in master duel but you have no choice in the matter over whether you summon nopenguin or not it just immediately jumps into the chain, while you have a choice with MST and I'm not sure if that changes how this works.
