If it is because they died, then I can understand it and the prospects of being with this person wouldn't upset me. If she just decided that she didn't like them, then I have reservations, because she views men as disposable and simply used her body to manipulate them. Being upfront about it doesn't make me trust her, it is the opposite. It means she was worried about how I would react when I found out and wanted to get in front of it, to form the narrative. I don't expect characters to be virgins (unless they are young). I do expect stories to respect my intelligence and to not try to gaslight me into thinking my experiences with women are wrong and that I'm just sexist. In other words, do not confirm your character is or is not a virgin. It adds nothing and only serves as cope by the author.
