Contrary to popular belief, we're not all fun suckers and nintendo haters. Yeah I'm never buying a nintendo switch, yeah I think a lot of their games suck (they're just not for me), but I'm getting tired of these multiple decade long console warring threads. Don't forget that nintendo fanboys do the exact same shit, no one is innocent but as I said we're not all like this and we do know how to let loose and have some fun. The problem is our fans are fucking rabid and survive on making fun of nintendo, there's nothing we can do about it we're not their parents

Honestly my only problem with the Switch 2 midnight launch besides the bewildering number of people that struggle with the basic concept of "have preorder barcode and ID ready" is almost everything that's open late is finger food. Nothing like pasta or Chinese food or something that could be eaten with a fork.
My wife wanted chicken wings. Thankfully doing the Switch 2 updates and system transfers for two Switch 2s was enough downtime to eat without worrying about getting shit all over new hardware.

It was fun as a kid inhaling pizza and soda with friends while playing the N64 but when you're an adult and you clean everything yourself you become a lot more conscious of where food is being consumed. Closest food ever gets to my video games is on the table in the entertainment room yards away from the television near the couch.
