Plenty of ps1 games were ported to PC back then too, it's genuinely nothing new. It just doesn't matter if PCs have your little "exclusives" because PC chads simply don't buy home consoles except old ones when the games they want to play don't work on their emulator.

PS: SEGA even made a partnership with Diamond multimedia at some point to release a 3d accelerator for PC based on the Saturn, and it came with a Saturn controller. A few PC ports which supported this card came out, all from SEGA themselves
