It's just a bad game. Full of bugs, short, huge city with nothing to do in it (which would be fine, but you have to drive around it for half the game just point A to point B in a very linear campaign), combat is outdated and boring, guns feel weak, generic story, weak cast.
And they have the audacity to sell it at a AAA price on top of all that.
