The pic you posted hints that maybe you'd be happier with a more obvious announcement like Metroid 6, it's been 4 years and if you've been paying attention to all the Switch 2 announcements they aren't much more complex visually than Switch 1 titles so dev tiimes shouldn't increase at all, and that's before you consider that the Dread engine is completely reusable for a new title.
The lack of a new Nintendo Mercury Steam announcement actually worries me, like maybe their acquisition lead to their relationship with Nintendo ending.
