Shits on original story and characters, which is reasonable hate for the game. The connection to Trigger is so vague and loose that you could make up your own outcome for what happened to Luca and the rest of the gang. Other than that, its a solid game with an insanely complex story and I love it.

not chrono trigger 2. vaguely dancing around the original. killed Lucca. Kid is Schala clone. Crono,Marle,Frog MIA. Multiverse shit. techs felt kinda meh. the fucking color mixing final boss fight to get real ending. Totally forgot a lot of it after. Didnt leave as strong an impression as the original.
