Quest 3 is "best" (under 1200$) mostly due to the lenses. Quest 2 is dogshit visually. I recently tried to go back to it while waiting to be able to fix my quest 3. I couldn't do it. Since I had already ditched all physical screens, I chose to basically stare at the wall for a week instead of going back to quest 2. It was fine during it's time but unless you're dirt poor (like 120$ max) get a quest 3. Also not quest 3s those have the same dog shit lenses at the 2
